Special Meeting set for 6 p.m.

LOVELAND, OH (July 10, 2023) –  The Loveland Schools released a notification earlier today, Monday, July 10, of a Special Meeting of the LCSD Board of Education. 

Here’s the text of the notification: 

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTIFICATION

The Loveland Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on July 17th, 2023, at 6:00 PM.  This meeting will be held in the LIS/LMS Media Center at 757 S. Lebanon Road, Loveland, OH, 45140.The Board of Education will meet in special session for the purpose of conducting interviews for its vacant Board seat.

The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(1) – to consider the appointment of a public official

The Board will first consider a resolution to enter into executive session.  Upon completion of executive session, the Board will return to the meeting to consider a resolution to appoint a public official to fill the vacant Board seat for the remainder of the term ending December 31, 2023.

In accordance with Policy 0169.1, public participation may be permitted at scheduled business meetings of the Board.  Hearing of the public will not be included on the agenda of this meeting.  Additionally, this meeting will not be streamed but will be recorded.
