In her reminder issued Friday through a Press Release from her office in Columbus, Schmidt reminded residents the program assists Clermont County residents under the 85% area median income who have struggled to meet rent and utility payments. Under the program, rental payments that are late and overdue, as well as utility payments, including gas, electric, fuel oil, trash removal and water and sewer, may be covered.
“I encourage all residents in Clermont County who have fallen behind or struggle to meet payments to consider applying to this program,” said Schmidt. “These funds are designed to help our communities through tough times, and I’m thankful this program is available to support my constituents.”
