Loveland City Manager gives an up-to-date look at developing Loveland in 2024

By Chuck Gibson

LOVELAND, OH (March 22, 2024) – Loveland, Ohio is bustling with activity and development of roads, bridges, parks, residential, commercial, parking and even the “Loveland Bike Trail” – The Scenic Little Miami River Trail.

Dave Kennedy, Loveland City Manager during his recent presentation of the State of the City (Chuck Gibson)

Dave Kennedy visited on Loveland Beacon Talks to share a look into the 2024 for the City of Loveland community.

Before coming on Loveland Beacon Talks to share the latest City of Loveland story for 2024, Dave presented an update of what’s happening here during the annual State of the Region Update organized by the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance on February 7th. Today he gives an up-to-date review of all things going on in the continuing development and improvements in Loveland. He even tells us about the newly hired Assistant City Manager Christopher Wojnicz (NOTE: Misty Clark says pronounce it like wine-itch) There is a lot happening and City Manager Dave Kennedy takes us through it like a lightning round.
