safe summer fun on Loveland Beacon Talks

LOVELAND, OH (June 18, 2024) – We’re all ready for summer fun and summer has arrived in full force with sunshine, heat and humidity.

Steve Kelly visited on Loveland Beacon Talks to share timely summer safety tips to ensure your summer is filled with fun and great memories.

Steve talks about the key summer activities and how to stay safe while enjoying them. Cooling off in your backyard pool, but making sure it is a secure safe environment for young children and adults of all ages is key. We are already experiencing extreme heat conditions with temperatures reaching well into the 90’s and heat indexes into the triple digits 100 degree danger zones.

Outdoor activities like cycling, riding skateboards and scooters along with running and walking can bring unexpected trips to the emergency room. Steve offers reminders to use safety equipment when riding. He strongly encourages everyone to remember to take precautions with hot car safety as well.

Steve also offered a look at a couple big things coming up in Miami Township including the Grand Opening of the NEW Aldi Store Thursday, June 27thSumm.
