LOVELAND, OH (June 30, 2026) — Just four days until Loveland pops the cork to celebrate the Sesquicentennial Anniversary (150 years) for the city along with 250 years for America with the annual July 4th celebration in Historic Downtown Loveland Saturday, July 4, 2026.

As always, the festive celebration includes a full day of family-friendly activities with entertainment, food, the annual 4th of July Parade all capped off with an amazing fireworks display. This year it is even more as the city celebrates 150 years and the nation celebrates 250 years of history.

The City of Loveland invites the whole community to come out and join in the special 2026 historic celebration. Loveland Mayor Kathy Bailey is more excited than ever for the people to come out this year for a special community Independence Day event.

“Loveland’s 150th anniversary is a once-in-a-generation milestone, and it’s something we wanted to celebrate in a big way with our entire community,” said Mayor Bailey. “None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors and partners who stepped up to help make this year unforgettable. Their generosity has turned ideas into experiences, and we are deeply grateful for their commitment to Loveland.”

Here is a breakdown of the schedule of events for the day recently released by the City of Loveland:
