Here’s what she shared about the story behind today’s Featured Poem:

“95 Degrees and Rising”

Truer words were never written; especially when stuck at a slow-to-change traffic light. That always caused energy-sapping heat to come billowing up from the pavement and beating down from the sun. THERE WAS NO ESCAPE! – Susan F. Adams
