Oustanding season comes to a close for LHS Girls Basketball

LOVELAND, OH (February 23, 2021) – The Loveland Girls Basketball team was defeated by Lebanon 49-44 Monday night to close out the 2020-2021 high school basketball seasaon.

The Tigers finished the season with an excellent overall record of 20-5 while earning first place in season conference play with an Eastern Cincinnati Conference record of 14-2. Lebanon was second in ECC play with an 11-3 record for the season while compiling 18 wins against  5 losses overall. On Monnday evening, the Warriors had just enough to pull off the win over conference champion Loveland to end the Tiger postseason run. 

Loveland Beacon joins LHS Principal Peggy Johnson and the entire Tiger Athletic Department in congratulating the Girls Basketball team on an outstanding season. As the Principal Tweeted: “Loved watching these Tigers play!”
