Senior Maddie Miller selected from hundreds of applicants from 190 schools

INDIAN HILL, OH (April 11,2020) – Indian Hill High School (IHHS) congratulates senior Maddie Miller who was recently named a 2020 Anthony Muñoz Foundation Straight “A” Scholarship recipient.

Miller was one of 18 students selected from hundreds of applicants from 190 schools.
“I am beyond proud of Maddie and her commitment to her family and her education,” said IHHS Counselor Lindsay Kearns, who nominated Miller for the scholarship opportunity. “Maddie is a gift, and she is a gentle soul who is a positive influence and spreads her light wherever she goes. The world needs more people like her, and I can’t wait to see what she does in the future.”
Students are nominated and selected based on: Academic excellence, Athletic achievements, strong Ambition, a winning Attitude, the ability to overcome Adversity and for having an Active role in the community.
“I am so grateful and appreciative of Ms. Kearns, especially because she has supported me and helped me through all of this,” said Miller. “When I received word I was being nominated I was excited! And now that I have received this honor from the Anthony Muñoz Foundation, I feel really blessed.”
