Radium Chloride. Isolating 0.1g RaCl2. That was a major breakthrough in 1902 on this day.

Marie and Pierre Currie isolated this rather elusive substance. So what?

Have you heard of radioactivity?

The lady, born in Warsaw, of this inventive family coined the word.  Referencing RaCl2. She is the only person who received Nobel Prizes in two scientific fields (Physics and then Chemistry)
