“Many say that Loveland’s charm makes it feel like a Hallmark movie, especially around holidays. Loveland’s nickname is the ‘Sweetheart of Ohio,’ and we officially want to celebrate Valentine’s Day with everyone during Hearts Afire Weekend.” – Mayor Kathy Bailey.
Hearts Afire Weekend is one of the only ice events happening in Greater Cincinnati this winter. A self-guided ice sculpture walking tour featuring more than 30 unique sculptures will take place Feb. 10 beginning at noon. And from noon to 6 p.m, Master Carvers will sculpt four designs — watch ice come to life before your eyes.
In addition, local businesses will warm up the weekend with shopping and dining specials, as well as unique activities.
