The new location for the Free Ohio Now Warren County protest is downtown Lebanon, Ohio be at the intersection of Main Street & S. Broadway Avenue near The Golden Lamb. It is still scheduled to take place from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, May 9.
“Participant welcome and sign-in via text will be near The Golden Lamb from 12:30 – 1 p.m.,” said Giehl. “There are also two adjacent parks across the street we may be using depending on the crowd number.”
Giehl expects the crowd to be fully dispersed by 2:30 p.m. She also emphasized The Golden Lamb will be cordoned off to ensure no disruption of their carryout/pick-up business. She anticipates the possibility of a large volume of take-out orders due to Sunday’s Mother’s Day celebrations.
It should be noted, Giehl cancelled original plans to hold this protets rally in downtown Loveland following community opposition to the event.
