The M25M disaster response team is boots on the ground in Florida now. Matthew 25’s Disaster Response Team will begin providing laundry services with the Tide Loads of Hope Mobile Laundry Units as well as Ice services today, Tuesday, October 4, at the following location and times:
Location: Walmart Supercenter 545 Pine Island Rd, North Fort Myers, FL 33903
Time: 9 AM – 5 PM, or until capacity is reached
(There is a limit of 2 loads of laundry per household. All washable items, with the exception of heavy bedding, will be accepted.)
NOTE: Matthew 25’s Disaster Response team will also begin distributing batteries, portable chargers, and cleanup supplies throughout the surrounding area on Tuesday, October 4.
Starting Wednesday, October 5, the Response Team will distribute personal care kits, first aid and safety supplies, household cleaning products, baby items and more throughout surrounding neighborhoods.
In addition to deploying their Disaster Response team, Matthew 25 is shipping truckloads of relief aid to help meet the immediate and ongoing needs of those impacted.
