Art shares some insight into questions about the price of oil (per barrel) versus the (gas at the pump). It’s not all price of oil and gas. The discussion today takes a look at the climbing S&P 500 which recently topped out at 7,800 with a slight downturn in recent days, bringing it in at 7,700 earlier today.
