Action de grace / Thanksgiving Day in Canada.

This celebration of harvest has been observed up north since 1879. Virtually all cultures do celebrate the end of harvesting of the key crops.  This usually involves feasts, various merriments, and the like. As in the US, turkey is the most common item featured at Canadian Thanksgiving meals.

This map of British America, now Canada, is by John Tallis from 1850.
