Vance completing the Republican Presidential Election ticket. And then came the Democrats calling for and ultimately getting President Biden to shut down his Presidential campaign and step aside. 

That announcement was followed by endorsements for current V.P. Kamala Harris as the Democratic Presidential nominee (at least heir apparent). Who knows what the DNC will bring in August? Volatility is the effect on the financial market place. Art Jarvis talks about it and reminds us the numbers tell us; numbers and trends.
