Loveland School Board will meet Wednesday, May 26, 2021

LOVELAND, OH (May 24, 2021) –  The Loveland City School District (LCSD) announced today the Board of Education will hold a special meeting this Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 6 p.m.

This special meeting of the LCSD Board of Education is likely the precursor to announcement of the selection of the new school Superintendent. Formal work must be completed on a contract and ultimately approval of a contract for the person selected. It has been a very busy several weeks for members of the school board considering multiple employeer/employment for public employees (school employees) all coming to a head as the 2020/2021 school year draws to a close.

Here is the text of the special meeting announcement released earlier today from the office of LCSD Treasurer/CFO Kevin Hawley: The Board of Education for Loveland City Schools will hold a special meeting on May 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the LIS/LMS Cafeteria at 757 S. Lebanon Road, Loveland, OH, 45140 for those who wish to come in person. This meeting will be held both in person and remotely. The purpose of this meeting is to hold an executive session to consider the employment of a public employee and to consider a contract for the Superintendent.
