Loveland High School hosted a dozen schools

for show choir competition

By Chuck Gibson

LOVELAND, OH (February 15, 2022) A dozen schools put on their dancing shoes, sang with their best voices, and played their best music on the stage in the LHS auditorium for Show Fest 22 during the weekend.

The annual Show Choir Show Fest competition hosted by the award-winning Loveland Show Choirs took place over the weekend. It featured 25 different show choir groups from 12 schools competing for the top team award of Grand Champion and in categories of Best Vocals, Best Choreography, Best Band and the special Heart of Loveland award. This LHS Show Fest is known to be a very well-run event and is a favorite among many of the schools who come back year-after-year to compete here.

It means a lot to Shawn Miller who directs the Loveland Show Choirs to see and hear the positive feedback from other schools annually. He knows the amount of hours of effort put in by all the volunteers, students and parents to make this a great experience for all the competing schools.

That effort extends beyond the stage for the competitors to their parents, families and supporters with a friendly welcome and helping hand for all involved.

Here is a listing of the competing schools
