Notes from the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance.

LOVELAND, OH (April 27,2020) – This is an update message from the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance.

Serving as the area’s leading advocate for economic development and growth.
A Note From the Chamber
The chamber is participating in a city wide task force to explore best practices in re-opening the city. We expect messages from the Governor this week to amend certain restrictions of the COVID 19 pandemic. Although no one knows precisely what the plan will look like, we want everyone to be on the same page when we begin to re-open.

The chamber will share city wide decisions based on the state’s amendments. We will share them on our website and on social media. Please be prepared to utilize these resources. The city leaders and police department have been clear that we will all work together and practice on the same page.

As always, please let us know if you need anything or if we can help you or your employees in any way.

Thank you!

Managed Care Organization Selection Extension
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 on Ohio’s business community, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is postponing this year’s enrollment period for employers to select a managed care organization (MCO) to manage their injury claims.

Offered every two years in the spring, the enrollment period is an opportunity for employers to select a new MCO that may best fit their needs. The official enrollment period, scheduled for April 27 – May 22, will now occur May 3 – May 28, 2021.
The chamber endorses Corvel Corporation as an MCO.
Update on PPP Loan
The SBA will resume accepting Paycheck Protection Program applications from participating lenders on Monday, April 27, 2020
