Will introduce legislation during a press conference Wednesday, July 7

COLUMBUS, OH (July 6, 2021) – State Representatives Jean Schmidt (Loveland) and Sedrick Denson (D-Cincinnati) will participate in a press conference tomorrow to introduce legislation to improve breast cancer screening through modernized technology.

Schmidt and Denson will be joined by Michelle Young, attorney and breast cancer survivor, Dr. Mary Mahoney, Chief of Imaging Services for UC Health and Benjamin Felson Endowed Chair of Radiology at the UC College of Medicine, and Dr. Ann Brown, breast radiologist at UC Health and Assistant Professor of Radiology at the UC College of Medicine.

State Representative Jean Schmidt is serving her first term in the Ohio House of Representatives. She represents the 65th house district, which includes northwestern Clermont County.
