The much anticipated public hearing on the Grailville property will take place at 7 p.m. in the Loveland Council chamber, Thursday, March 17. There has been a lot of debate over the annexation and development plans of the Grailville property situated at 931 O’Bannonville Rd. in Loveland, OH. The property being sold by the Grail has long been considered an iconic landmark and link to the rich history of the Grail movement and Loveland, Ohio. A large turnout of the community is expected for the hearing. Many citizens have voiced opposition to the development plans going back to November 2019 and before when Grailville was a part of the Loveland City School District plan for a new campus.
