Health & Wellness Expo returns this Saturday

LOVELAND, OH (July 25, 2025) – Your health and wellness – all aspects of it; physical, mental and financial – is more important now than ever before. The Little Miami River Chamber Alliance (LMRCA) knows it and wants to help you get on the Road to Health during their 4th Annual Health & Wellness Expo this Saturday, July 26, at Nisbet Park from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Nestled snug in the middle of the Scenic Little Miami River and a community filled with natural health and fitness resources from cycling, walking, running on miles of paved trail or just enjoying the calming effects of the surrounding nature, Loveland offers the perfect setting for an event to rejoice in healthy living. President & CEO of LMRCA, Cee Cee Collins recognizes the natural benefits to healthy living offered by Loveland.

“Loveland, by nature, lends itself to health and wellness,” said Collins. “From our beautiful parks and trails to the many health-focused businesses in our area, this event is the perfect way to bring our wellness-minded community together.”

 Everyone is invited to join in this free and open to the public event to help continue your Road to Health & Wellness or even give you just the nudge you need to take your important first steps to health & wellness physically, mentally and financially.

When you come, here’s some of what you can expect:

  • 45+ wellness vendors offering resources, giveaways, and hands-on experiences
  • On-site mammograms provided by the Mercy Health Mammography Mobile
  • Healthy smoothies & snacks from local businesses, including Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee and Better Blend
  • Expert advice from professionals in physical, mental, financial, and senior wellness
  • Free 30-minute fitness classes (see schedule below)

 

  • 9:15am: Class by Activate Brain & Body
  • 10:15am: Class by SPENGA
  • 11:15am: Kids Class by Premier Tumbling & Dance
  • 11:15am: SoundBath by Rainbow Dawn (amphitheater)
