Milford School Students/Parents must choose in-person or online learning by this Friday, August 7,

MILFORD, OH (August 5, 2020) – Here is the latest updated information from the Milford Exempted Village School District on plan options for return to learning 2020-2021.

In a media release issued earlier today, Wednesday, August 5, 2020, Milford School officials gave the latest most accurate information on Milford’s Return to Learning Plan. The release specifically stated Milford is NOT offering a “hybrid” learning option. Further, the release stated parents of Milford students MUST MAKE A CHOICE for their student(s) to attend in-person or learn online via Eagle Online by this FRIDAY, August 7, 2020.  The Eagle Online learning WILL be taught by Milford teachers.

The students who choose the in-person learning options will attend in Milford School buildings beginning with the first scheduled day of school Monday, August 24. Likewise, students who choose the Eagle Online learning option will begin online learning on Monday, August 24. Milford Schools is not planning to delay the start of the school year. Students and parents should prepare to return to learning on Monday, August 24, as scheduled. Milford School officials stated this plan will remain in place as long as there is no significant change  in local data trends and Ohio’s Public Health Advisory System (the color-coded system).
