Anna will be attending the University of Missouri, where she will be double majoring in Journalism and Theatre. She has been admitted to the Missouri School of Journalism in the Walter Williams Scholars Program which includes a 5-year program culminating in a Master’s degree and an internship as a freshman with the local NBC TV affiliate.
Anna’s family moved to Loveland in 2016, and she began her 8th grade experience as Belle in the middle school’s production of Beauty and the Beast Jr. While Anna participated in every production at Loveland High School and earned two lead actress nominations from the local Cappies chapter, she also found time to perform with other groups around town, like Acting Up, Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati, and Cincinnati Actors Studio and Academy. She participated in certification programs, like the CASA High School 2-year program and CTC’s selective Summer Intensive and All-Star programs.

Although voice, dance, and acting lessons filled Anna’s days outside of school, as a student she was a member of the Cappies critic team, president of the school’s Thespian troop, part of HOPE SQUAD, and a singer/dancer in By Request show choir. She served as one of two student representatives to the Board of Education during her junior and senior years. NOTE: Anna has also been a featured student journalist here on Loveland Beacon contributing stories during the past 12 months.
Anna currently works at Starbucks on Loveland-Madeira Road, so stop by and congratulate her!
