In his statement, which was delivered via email Sunday evening, Neavin addressed his message To: “All Loveland Schools Stakeholderss. It came with a warm opening line: “Welcome to Loveland City Schools’ search for our next Superintendent.” His message went on to emphasize the desire of the district to engage the public in the search process. Their hope is the community will “provide “important feedback.”
The message from Neavin describes the first step in the process as being a survey designed to give them a clear sense of the status of our district from the perspective of the community – you.
“It won’t ask about the skills and attributes we should be seeking in our next superintendent,” Neavin wrote in the message. “That survey will be coming later. We genuinely want to hear from you on this survey and future opportunities as well.”
