LOVELAND, OH (March 5, 2021) – Early Friday the Loveland City School District (LCSD) released a formal message to all “Tiger Families” in response to the unexpected death of 2020 LHS graduate Ben Morrison earlier this week. What follows here is the complete text of the message from LCSD officials.
It is with deep sadness that we share with you that Ben Morrison, Loveland High School 2020 graduate, died unexpectedly this week. Ben was an integral part of our school community and was a member of the football and lacrosse teams. Our thoughts and sympathies are with Ben’s family and friends.
This loss is sure to raise many emotions, concerns, and questions for our entire district community.
Please remember that there are helping professionals at school and in our community that can connect with your child, regardless of whether they are a current student or a graduate. Reach out to a Loveland school counselor or school psychologist if you have questions, need more resources, or feel that your child needs to talk with someone.
