Loveland Beacon Talks: Sports Special with Loveland 13-Little League All Stars Coach Scott Carr 

LOVELAND, OH (July 8, 2023) – The Loveland Little League 13 U All Stars defeated Struthers Little League 9-0 this morning at Ashtabula, Ohio in the first round of the Little League Baseball Ohio State Championship. 

The win means Loveland’s All Stars next  play again Sunday, July 9th at 11 a.m. Coach Scott Carr said a victory Sunday morning will advance them directly to the State Championship game scheduled to be played Monday at 10 a.m. in Ashtabula, OH. A loss on Sunday morning would mean they have to play again Sunday and play their way out of the “losers bracket” to gain a place in the Monday championship game. 

Coach Carr took time out following the Saturday morning win to visit with us on Loveland Beacon Talks.
