Public hearing and 2nd reading of proposed Historic Preservation Design Guidelines and Historic District Boundaries

LOVELAND, OH (March 9, 2021) – Loveland City Council will meet in a regular scheduled session in City Hall tonight at 7 p.m.

Council session will include a public hearing regarding the proposed Historic Preservation Design Guidelines and Historic District Boundaries. The proposal is the culmination of three years work by the Historic Preservation and Planning Commission. Council had a first reading of the 85 page proposed plan at their February 23, meeting. Tonight council will hear from the public and have a second reading on the matter before considering approval of any amendments to or additional city ordinances in approval of the proposed plan.
