August 7    The Golden Kingdom

Robert Grueber takes us to Aquapoint, a distant planet in the Witch’s Broom Nebula.  Here, we learn of the plight of the dwarves and elves who live under the harsh rule of cruel warlocks and witches.  Come along for the ride, and fire up both canisters of your long-distance broom.  Ultimately, this book is about courage, compassion, and the power that leads to freedom.

Recent LMC highlights ICYMI (In case you missed it)

Twas a most pleasant evening on the LMC lawn listening to jazz, catching up with friends and enjoying lawn-picnic style dining and refreshments Tuesday, July 12. The Simon Grome Jazz Quartet provided the entertainment and the weather was perfect for a special sound of summer at the Loveland Museum Center.
