Offering multiple ways for you to help
From LIFE Food Pantry (Edited for publication by Chuck Gibson)
LOVELAND, OH (July 14, 2026 — Whew! We’ve just barely finished cleaning up from the July 4th fireworks and barbecues, sunning ourselves poolside and already “Back to School” haze is upon us.
In Loveland the Loveland InterFaith Effort (LIFE) Food Pantry is just one of many organizations offering ways for you to help them help our kids get back to school with their best foot forward. You can see it on their social media outlets and at the LIFE Food Pantry itself. Not to mention the media outlets like right here on Loveland Beacon. Here’s the text of the message from LIFE Food Pantry:
Let’s Get Loveland Kids Ready for School

Join us in helping students in Loveland start the school year with everything they need to succeed. Here are two great ways you can make sure kids in our community are prepared to learn.
1: Donate to the Student LIFE Shop
Please consider donating school supplies to the Student LIFE Shop. We have a Walmart wish list and an Amazon wish list to make it easy for you to purchase supplies and have them delivered directly to LIFE Food Pantry.
Here’s what students need the most right now:
- Pencil pouches
- Three-ring-binder inserts
- Post-It Notes
- Three-pronged folders in red, blue, green, and yellow
- Crayons in 24-packs
- Large glue sticks
Important: Please ensure all supplies are delivered to the pantry by July 20, 2026, whether you decide to drop them off or have them shipped.
2: Volunteer at the Student LIFE Shop event
Your participation matters! Please follow this link to sign up to volunteer at the Student LIFE Shop event on July 25, 2026:
- Station shopper: 1:30 – 4:15 p.m.
- Station stocker: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
- Tear down/clean up: 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
