Carol Rountree will begin serving December 15, 2025

LOVELAND, OH (December 3, 2025) – The board of directors for Loveland Inter Faith Effort (LIFE) Food Pantry announced the selection of Carol Rountree to serve as their new executive director in a formal release earlier this week.
Rountree will begin serving Monday, December 15, 2025.
In the “Media Release” issued Monday, December 1, LIFE Food Pantry Public Relations representatives offered some background and comments from current board vice president Kurt Trombley and from Terri Carter, who served as a past president of the LIFE Food Pantry Board of Directors and will pass the baton to Rountree after serving as interim director while the search for a permanent director was conducted. Rountree’s non-profit background includes working with University of Cincinnati Foundation, Inspiring Service, Inter Parish Ministry, UGIVE, and more.

Terri Carter, a past president of LIFE Food Pantry’s board of directors, has served as the organization’s interim executive director since September 2025. She will help Rountree transition into the executive director role.
