LOVELAND, OH (July 12, 2022) – In Issue 2022-1120of Steve Kovacs Fun with Maps, we celebrate some Rolling Stones.

STONES

Rolling Stones performed in front of an audience 60 years ago today in London.  These guys been at it for a long time. 

Where were you in July 1962? And what were you doing?  I was yet to enter 1st grade…

This Rock ‘n Roll group is one of the most successful bands of all time.  Anchored originally by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones and the late Charlie Watts.

On a personal note, I went to see them with a friend in the late 2000’s in Memphis, as we were sure that U.S.  tour was their last.  We were wrong. 

There seems to be something magical about their diet of ethanol, various medications, etc. to keep them young…
