Three Braves advance to
the National Scholastic Writing Competition

INDIAN HILL, OH (February 24, 2022) – Four Indian Hill High School students earned a total of eight awards during the Scholastic Writing Regional Competition.

Three Braves who earned Gold Key awards will now advance to the National Scholastic Writing Competition, including freshman Lillie Waltz, junior Grace Wang, and junior Elsa Zhou. Additionally, sophomore Alexander Castellini earned two Silver Key awards along with three Honorable Mention awards.
“What an incredible celebration for Indian Hill High School,” said Principal Jeff Damadeo. “We are so proud of these talented student-authors who had the
courage to accept the challenge of participating in this elite competition. We congratulate all four students for a job well done, and we continue to cheer on our students positioned to compete at the national level.”
All Scholastic award-winning students were honored during a ceremony Friday, February 18, at the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
