Loveland Tiger Families,

It’s almost time to start the year! We’re excited to have students back in the building beginning Monday. A reminder that we will have a staggered start to the school year as follows:

    • Students with last names A-L: Monday, August 15.

    • Students with last names M-Z: Tuesday, August 16

    • Everyone Wednesday, August 17

This is a great way for us to ease into the start of the year. This gives teachers a chance to have more one-on-one time with students, get technology set up, and work through any problems with smaller groups.

We’re making some changes this year to improve our communications. Tiger Talk newsletters come out from each building, and from the district. This is our way to share news and information with you on a weekly basis. You’ll continue to receive the building-level Tiger Talk newsletters on Friday afternoon. Starting this year, the district Tiger Talk newsletter will show up in your email on Sunday evening.

Additionally, each newsletter will be posted on our website at, under the “For Parents” tab. If you miss something, you’ll be able to check out the most recent Tiger Talks and get caught up.

I hope all our students, families, and staff had a great relaxing summer and are ready to get back into the classroom and have a great year.
