140 Holiday Bags made for distribution

We (FEED OUR FLOCK) finished our annual Holiday Bags yesterday. All in 140 bags were made and will be distributed to students in the jr high, high school, success academy & mulberry elementary.
This is such a community collaboration. It takes lots of donations, coordination with staff & schools and the ever present ability of this community to come together for our kids.
Many, many people have dropped off donations: Weber Oaks Neighborhood did a gift card drive, Lehr’s Prime Market provided $$ from an ugly sweater event, and Milford Basketball Association stepped up many times over to contribute for this event.
We will be able to hand over $1320 worth of restaurant gift cards to Miami Township Police, and school administration to share with students & families for a little extra help over the break.
