LOVELAND, OH (June 9, 2026) – Sights set on a driver championship in the 2026 Formula Regional Americas racing season, Evagoras Papasavvas brings his driver championship lead  “home” to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for two races during the June 11-14 racing weekend seeking to expand on his current points lead.

Getting back into the driver’s seat after a whirlwind month of May which saw Papasavvas collect three pole position starts, a P1 and P2 at Road America in Wisconsin the same weekend his Loveland High School senior classmates collected their high school diploma at graduation ceremonies in Cintas Center. While Evagoras kept his focus on racing and winning, he did don the cap-n-gown to accept his diploma in a ceremony at the school. In between, he welcomed family, friends, classmates and supporters to a graduation celebration held on the same day as the 2026 Indianapolis 500 – the race he has his sights set on for the not-too-distant future. Now, he is solely focused on the FRA racing season and driver’s championship directly in front of him. His success in the first two racing events of the season have placed him at the top of the leader board with strong momentum, experience and the support of the Crosslink Motor Sports team he is confident he can drive the #71 all the way to the 2026 championship.
