The big Escape from Loveland happens this Saturday, October 26, all around Loveland with escape attempts running from 6-8 p.m. The Loveland Escape the Zombie Apocalypse is a one of a kind entire city Escape room.  Teams of four adults (21 and over) will be challenged to solve problems inside participating Loveland businesses.

Once they’ve figured out the solution, they receive a pass code giving them access to the safe houses (bars and restaurants). After teams have gained passage into the safe houses, they’ll have to solve the problem inside. Solve all nine safe house problems, they Escape the Zombie Apocalypse.

“If you do not solve all nine safe house problems in the two hours allotted, we will assume the Zombies ate your brains and we will just have to go on without you,” said organizer Doug Portmann with a haunting laugh.

Loveland will have an open container DORA for the night.  Food and drink samplings will be available in the safe houses for participants after the event. Past participants in the “Halloween Edition” of the Amazing Charity Race have been known to appear in fun and creative costumes for the event.  “

“We expect a great group of costumes,” Portmann said. “The event has sold out, but we encourage people to come down and check out the craziness.”
