Annual beneift for Loveland Legacy Foundation is September 9, 2023

LOVELAND, OH (May 4, 2023) – A ‘Save the Date’ notice has been released for the 2023 Dinner en Rouge benefit for Loveland Legacy Foundation.

Two years ago, in 2021, the event was held on September 11. It was the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the Plane which was crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. That Dinner en Rouge raised nearly $11,000 for the Loveland Legacy Foundation. Laura Padgett was a part of that event and is one of the organizers again for this 2023 event. 

“Everybody dressed in red, being together, all of us Loveland people being together and having fun knowing it was for a great cause, that’s what made the whole evening so good,” Padgett said. “Everybody seemed like they were just happy to be there. They seemed disappointed when the evening ended. They didn’t want to go home yet. It was fun.”

 

Those were her words following the sold out event in 2021. Organizers are getting the word out early this year with the “Save the Date” announcement. Mark your calendar now if you want to join in the fun while supporting a great charity organization here in Loveland. 

Here’s a little background information on the Loveland Legacy Foundation: 

The Loveland Legacy Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit charitable organization with the purpose of improving the community of Loveland, OH. The organization was created out of the generosity of members of the Loveland community and businesses that responded to the fire that devastated the downtown area. The affected business owners who received this financial support, in turn, agreed to start this foundation to “pay it forward” and provide a resource that leaves a lasting legacy in the community. The organization will represent a wide variety of ideas, interests, initiatives and needs identified by those engaged who have united in a common purpose – the betterment of Loveland, OH, now and in the future.

– The Loveland Legacy Foundation’s mission is to improve the community through an action-based culture, engaging with organizations sharing a common vision, connecting needs to solutions.
