32nd Annual 5K Run/Walk returns June 13th to benefit St. Vincent dePaul

LOVELAND, OH (May 29, 2026) – You are invited to participate in the 32nd edition of the St. Vincent dePaul (SVdP) “Dare to Care Dash” 5K run & fitness walk on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

The annual race takes place Saturday morning, June 13, 2026 with the starting gun at 9:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (SEAS) church located at 5890 Buckwheat Rd., Milford 45150. The 5K course takes you on a winding journey through the neighborhood streets and around the Miami Meadows Park pathway returning to the start/finish line at SEAS! There are prizes for all categories of runners and walkers.  More than 100 valuable door prizes will also be awarded to eligible participants who register before the June 6th pre-race registration. June 6th is also the deadline for the early registration discount. This year a short Kids Fun Run will precede the start of the 5K with medals awarded to the fastest kids

All the funds raised from the Dash go into the local St. Martin District St Vincent dePaul Grant Fund. The fund serves the more than 400 Vincentian volunteers at 21 Parish-based conferences in assisting neighbors in need to avoid homelessness across a six county area of Southwestern Ohio.

All are invited to register now to help make a difference for those served by the SVdP  organization. As long as the weather cooperates, participants will also enjoy a pre-start of the race formation flyover by a squadron of WWII era fighter planes. The Clermont Warbirds will perform the flyover of the start/finish line timed exactly to the last note of the National Anthem. Professional soprano Maria Sunnenberg will perform our nation’s anthem.

Trophies will be awarded to all 1st place finishers with special door prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers. Special “Dare to Care” branded awards will to the first 30 men and women runners and walkers.
