Collison comes to CHCA after completing a two-year coaching stint at the Division I level as the Offensive Coordinator for Binghamton University. In 2021, he helped guide the program to its best record in five years, set a program record for shots on goal percentage, notched upset victories against two Top-20 nationally ranked opponents, and mentored America East All-Rookie Team member Thomas Greenblatt.

Before his time at Binghamton, he spent two years coaching at Stevenson University in Baltimore, MD. There he earned his Master’s degree in Community-Based Education and Leadership, and helped coach the Mustangs to back-to-back MAC Championships and NCAA appearances. He also coached the MAC Offensive Player of the Year in 2018 and 2019, as well as Stevenson’s all-time leading goal scorer in 2019. He coached four offensive USILA Division III All-Americans, three first-team All-MAC Commonwealth and two second-team All-MAC Commonwealth offensive selections.

Prior to Stevenson, Collison spent a four-year playing career at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.  Over four seasons with the Bison, the lefty attackman played in 43 games and totaled 37 goals and eight assists for 45 points. A team captain and Bison Award winner as a senior, he was a member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and graduated with Cum Laude honors in the spring of 2017 with a major in Education and a minor in Religious Studies.

A native of Cincinnati, OH, Collison played lacrosse and ice hockey at Archbishop Moeller High School, earning All-Ohio, All-Midwest, All-North America Tournament Team, and Midwest Under Armour All-America Team accolades in lacrosse. He spoke about the opportunity to become part of CHCA.

“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to join the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy family,” said Collison. “I would like to thank Dean Nicholas, Heather Wilkowski, and Bryan Fetzer for their trust in me to become a member of this outstanding faith-based community. I am incredibly excited to teach and coach students in a transformational manner as I work diligently to help them become the best people they can be.”
