LOVELAND, OH (June 21, 2021) – In Issue 2021-117 of Steve Kovacs Fun with Maps, we celebrate summer with thanks to the tilting earth.

Midsummer Celebrations

Midsummer Celebrations in Scandinavia welcome the longest day of the year.

Thanks to the tilt to Earth, there are four seasons in most places.

If it weren’t for that 23.4 degree tilt of the Earth, you would be stuck with the same season essentially.  Life as we know it would have been much different.
