CINCINNATI, OH (OPENING DAY March 28, 2024)Hopes are high for the 2024 Cincinnati Reds and the Opening Day forecast is for sunshine and High Temps reaching the mid-50’s.

No matter, warm or cold, Reds fans filled with visions of Postseason Baseball at the GABP will line the streets for the traditional parade and fill the stands for Opening Day Baseball at the Great American Ball Park. So, if you’re ready now… (apologies to “The Famer” Marty Brennaman) here’s the breakdown for today’s baseball in Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Reds will host the Washington Nationals with a first-pitch set for 4:10 p.m.  Before that first pitch is thrown, the annual Opening Day Parade with honorary Grand Marshall Jim Scott will wind it’s way through Cincinnati streets and past Fountain Square leading to the GABP.

Parade starts at 12-Noon with a temperature forecast of about 48-degrees under sunny skies

First Pitch from Reds Starting Pitcher Frank Montas at 4:10 p.m. with mostly sunny skies and temperatures reaching at or above 55-degrees.

Let’s Play Ball!
