Learning HUB dedication and blessing

LOVELAND, OH (February 7, 2025) – Archbishop Moeller High School recently announced the opening of the Burns Innovation Hub, a groundbreaking initiative designed to facilitate high-impact, immersive learning experiences.

A blessing and dedication ceremony for the Burns Innovation Hub took place February 2nd. The hub is designed to empower students to become confident, adaptive change makers ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Rooted in the Catholic and Marianist tradition practiced at Archbishop Moeller High School, this space provides the opportunity for students to explore their God-given talents and calling to create, fostering a new generation of leaders poised to make meaningful, faith-driven contributions to their communities and the world.

Through the Burns Innovation Hub, students can engage in Moeller’s educational philosophy of REALearning – Relational. Experiential. Authentic. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses and co-curricular opportunities addressing real-world challenges, encouraging education for adaptation and change, intentionally integrating the Hub’s advanced resources to support dynamic academic pathways.

Steve Burns, Class of 1977, was one of the generous donors who supported Raise the Shield campaign to bring this vision to life. He recognized the critical importance of preparing Moeller students for the demands of a rapidly evolving workforce.

By fostering curiosity and resilience, the Burns Innovation Hub will help prepare students to tackle the complexities of the modern world with confidence and purpose.
