Otterbein in Lebanon held a Winterfest in mid-December for seniors

LEBANON, OH (January 07, 2021) – The Otterbein Senior Life residential comunity in Lebanon, Ohio held a Winterfest in mid-December for residents there.

The grounds and trees were draped in over 3,000 lights at Otterbein SeniorLife, in Lebanon, Ohio,to create a fantastic winter wonderland for residents to enjoy. Their 2020 Winterfest celeration included holiday light decorations on the pavillions and lighting the bridge across Willow Pond.

Holiday music filled the air throughout the Gallery of Games and the festive Pavillion. Residents were able to enjoy the sounds of the holiday music while revelling in a winter game of shuffle board and taking in the sights of many familiar fun Christmas characters. They could even experience the pleasure of being inside a snowglobe climbing inside a “human snowglobe winter wonderland scene.

What’s a festival without food?  The Otterbein Senior Life 2020 Winterfest provided plenty of tasty winter treats for the residents. Among the wintertime favorites available for residents, were delectable delights like funnel cakes, hot cider and popcorn, a hot chocolate bar and wonderful winter white chili and cornbread. 

Residents shared laughs and sang Christmas Carols and made some wonderful new holiday memories.
